Dr. Paul Carlson
Dr. Carlson is originally from a small family farm near Glenburn, North Dakota. He attended North Dakota State University and received a BS in zoology in 2007. Following graduation from NDSU, he was accepted to the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2011.
Dr. Carlson enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and the variety that it brings each day. He loves working with our great team to help patients achieve a smile they are proud of, whether that is with cosmetic procedures, orthodontics, dentures or partials. He also enjoys helping patients realize that visiting a dental office doesn’t need to be a painful, unpleasant experience.
When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, running, grilling, barbequing, cooking, watching the Vikings, and woodworking.
Dental Tidbit: 1/3 of people squeeze their toothpaste from the middle of the tube.
Dr. Linda Giang-Carlson
Dr. Giang-Carlson is originally from Des Moines, Iowa. She attended the University of Iowa and received her BS in biology in 2007 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2011.
Before coming to Appleton, she practiced for nearly five years in New Ulm, MN. She truly enjoys practicing in a small town as she gets the opportunity getting to know the families and watching the kids grow up.
Dr. Giang-Carlson enjoys spending time with their sons, Lennon, Greyson and Coe and their Boston terrier, Gus. Her hobbies include running and traveling.
Dental Tidbits: Teeth start to form before we are even born and cavities are the second most common disease after the cold.
Addison
Front Desk Coordinator
Addison is originally from Appleton, MN and currently resides there. She graduated from Lac qui Parle Valley. After graduation she attended Lake Area Technical College in Watertown, SD. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Finance.
What she loves most about her job is the fun and positive work atmosphere. She enjoys meeting new people and working with patients everyday.
When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the family lake cabin, cleaning, organizing, and spending time outside.

Chloe
Dental Assistant
Chloe is originally from Benson, MN and currently lives outside of Morris. She graduated from Benson High School in 2022 and Minnesota West Community and Technical College in Dental Assisting in 2023.
What she loves most about her job is getting to the know the patients and getting to see her co-workers everyday.
When she's not in the office, she loves going for walks and riding her horse Blaze. She also enjoys listening to music and ranger rides with Jordan.
Dental Tidbits: The tooth is the only part of the body that can't heal itself and giraffes only have bottom teeth.
